Who we are

This store (LUNEVIK) is operated by KHALID COMMERCE, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway, org. no. 938744165, Oslo, Norway. Contact: Contact us. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if given), order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; we don't see or store full card numbers.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
  • Messages: what you send us, such as photos for a damage claim.
  • Device and usage information: collected by our store platform and, if you allow it, by cookies and similar technologies (pages viewed, device, approximate location, IP address).

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order (necessary to perform our contract with you).
  • To send our newsletter, only if you signed up (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To measure and improve our store and our advertising (with your consent where required).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as bookkeeping (Norwegian law requires us to keep accounting records for several years).

Who we share it with

  • Shopify (store platform and checkout).
  • Our manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Cosmetics NORD, SIA (Selfnamed), Latvia, which receives your name, address and order to prepare and ship it.
  • UPS, to deliver your parcel.
  • Our payment provider, to process your payment.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, only where you've allowed cookies/tracking.

International transfers

We are based in Norway and some of our providers are in the US or elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order information for as long as needed to handle your order and as required by accounting law; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or limit some uses, or withdraw consent, through our contact page. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner and your browser. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Residents of some US states may have additional rights under their state's law.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
