Our promise: 14-day refund on request
If you're not happy with Khalid Trades: P2P Course (Core or Premium), you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. You don't have to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email support@khalidtrades.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the email address you used to buy.
- We'll confirm by email and refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
When the refund is processed, your access to the course is removed.
What's covered
- Core ($69 / $60 launch price) and Premium: Advanced skills & risk control ($99 / $89 launch price): a full refund of the price you paid, within 14 days of purchase.
- Upgrades from Core to Premium: the upgrade payment can be refunded within 14 days of the upgrade.
- Free resources (such as the free safety checklist) are free, so there's nothing to refund.
After 14 days
After 14 days from purchase, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund (for example if the course is faulty or not as described).
Fair use
We may refuse a refund where there is clear abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund of the same course, or sharing or reselling course content. This doesn't limit your legal rights.
EU and EEA customers: right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or EEA (for example Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany or Norway), you normally have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
For digital content like this course, that legal right ends once access begins, but only if, before buying, you:
- expressly agree to get immediate access, and
- confirm you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
We ask for this at checkout with the box below, and we confirm it in your order confirmation email.
Our voluntary 14-day refund on request (above) still applies even after you've given this consent. So in practice you still have 14 days to change your mind.
